We're a bookkeeping and accountancy practice focused on growing your small business by taking care of your finances. Based in Staffordshire, we're run by Cathy Wright (with marketing, occasional IT support and tea-brewing performed by husband Jon).

Because I came initially from a ‘real’ business background it does give me an insight into the areas of your figures that you really need to understand and my aim is always to help you get to grips with them.
I’m passionate about numbers but more importantly about turning them from something you don’t completely understand into the best tool you have for making decisions. My aim is to get away from the transactional approach accountants and bookkeepers can often have and to become a real part of what you do. If you always know where your finances are, you can always make the best choices.

When Jon & I launched our first business we had 86 weekly clients managed in a multicoloured spreadsheet and were the only employees. Fast forward ten years and it had over 1000 clients, 11 employees and the accounts had moved to Sage. The thing that underpinned our ability to grow was having a really good understanding of our figures, and that's what I want to help you have too.
